AgarCash Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to deposit funds or enter an AgarCash cash room. You must not use AgarCash where paid-entry skill or wagering games are unlawful, and you are responsible for knowing the rules that apply where you are. We may require identity or location verification at any time and may restrict access by territory.

The free Practice world carries no money and no buy-in. Everything in these terms about deposits, value and withdrawals applies only to paid AgarCash rooms.

2. Your account

AgarCash accounts are created through Google sign-in. One person, one account. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account and for the security of the Google account behind it. AgarCash staff will never ask for your password, seed phrase or private key — see the AgarCash community page for the only official channels.

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, sanctions exposure, or where we are required to by law.

3. Balances and the AgarCash ledger

AgarCash keeps your balance in an internal USD ledger. Deposits are made in USDC on Solana to the wallet address AgarCash generates for your account, and are credited only after on-chain verification. Your balance is a record of what AgarCash owes you — it is not a bank deposit, is not insured, and earns no interest.

AgarCash does not offer credit. You can only enter a room with funds already in your balance.

4. How a paid AgarCash run settles

Entering a paid room moves your buy-in from your available balance into play. During a run:

• Physical mass and cash value are separate. Neutral food grows mass only; it never creates cash value.
• When another player fully consumes one of your cells, that cell's value is settled immediately: 10% goes to AgarCash as the platform fee and the remainder goes to the player who took it.
• Cash value belongs to your run, not to a single cell. You may control up to 16 cells; the run ends when the last one is consumed.
• A cell cannot split if either resulting cell would hold less than $0.01. Where a forced split cannot preserve that minimum, the cell shatters and its carried value is lost.
• To bank value you hold the cash out control for 7 continuous seconds. Your cells freeze and are visible to other players throughout. Any movement, split, eject, disconnect or consumption cancels it.
• If you disconnect, your cells stay in play and vulnerable for 60 seconds. You may reconnect and resume in that window. After it, surviving cells cash out automatically. If they are consumed first, normal settlement applies.

The AgarCash server is the sole authority on every outcome. Your client sends intent only. Movement, collisions, consumption, splits, merges, virus effects, disconnects and cash outs are determined by the server, and the server's record is final. Lag, packet loss, device performance and disconnects are your risk, not ours.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance in USDC on Solana to an address you nominate. Current minimum, maximum and fee values are shown in the withdrawal panel in your account.

• Smaller requests may be approved automatically; larger requests require manual review.
• Risk controls may route any request to review regardless of amount.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the destination address and for using the correct network. Funds sent to a wrong or incompatible address cannot be recovered by AgarCash.
• We may withhold a withdrawal while investigating suspected fraud, collusion, exploitation or a breach of these terms.

6. Affiliate program

Each AgarCash account gets a referral code. Referral clicks are recorded for 30 days and applied when a referred player creates a new account. Affiliates earn a share of AgarCash platform revenue generated when a referred player is eliminated. Commission is held pending for a set period and then released to the affiliate's available balance; current rate and hold period are shown in the affiliate panel in your account.

Self-referral, fake accounts, incentivised sign-ups, spam and paid-search bidding on the AgarCash brand are prohibited and forfeit accrued commission.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• use bots, scripts, macros, modified clients, automation or any tool that plays for you in a paid AgarCash room;
• exploit a bug, desync or economy defect instead of reporting it;
• operate multiple accounts, or coordinate accounts to move value to a chosen recipient;
• use AgarCash to launder funds, or deposit funds you are not lawfully entitled to;
• attack, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the AgarCash service;
• impersonate AgarCash or its staff.

Teaming and feeding between players are permitted in AgarCash rooms and are not breaches of this section.

Where we find a breach, we may void affected runs, reverse resulting balance changes, withhold withdrawals and close the account.

8. Practice bots

AgarCash may run an ambient population of automated players in the free Practice world so it is never empty. These bots hold no cash value and cannot create any. Paid AgarCash worlds do not run ambient bots.

9. Availability and changes

AgarCash is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may take worlds down for maintenance. Where we plan a shutdown, in-play runs are drained and settled rather than discarded. We may change room tiers, fees, limits and these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above and continued use means acceptance.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgarCash is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for losses arising from your connection, device or input errors, for the value of cells lost in play, or for blockchain network conditions outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Responsible play

Money you put into an AgarCash cash room can be lost in seconds. Deposit only what you can afford to lose, and read responsible play before you fund an account.
